Summary
This Invest4Health assessment adapts the SCIROCCO model to assess the readiness of participating test-bed regions to test smart capacitating investment (SCI), new governance mechanisms, and innovative business models and structures for disease prevention and health promotion.
The tool helps stakeholders understand the context requirements for delivering projects focused on prevention and health promotion services, and the level of maturity required locally for a health and well-being economy to adopt and scale up the new service.
It should be completed from a local context and improvement-project perspective, using the chosen SCI topic for the Invest4Health project.
Requirements
Instruction to each test-bed: When choosing the assessment scale, consider each SCIROCCO dimension from a local context and improvement project perspective.
For every dimension, select the maturity statement that best reflects your local position in relation to your chosen topic for SCI in the Invest4Health project. The appropriate position may differ across the four test-beds.
Please add notes explaining the reasoning and local context behind each score.
