Integrated Care Assessment

The SCIROCCO tool is an online participatory self-assessment tool that helps stakeholders to understand:

  • the local context and conditions for delivering integrated care in health and social care, including its strengths and weaknesses;
  • the readiness level of a country, region or organisation to adopt and scale-up integrated care;
  • the strengths and weaknesses of a country, region or organisation to adopt and scale-up integrated care.
