Who we are
We are the Consortium of 14 European partners of the EU Health Programme funded project SCIROCCO.

What data we collect and why we collect it
The only data we collect about you is through our registration form and Knowledge Management Hub page. We are requesting some personal information, but no sensitive information. In addition, we are collecting data about your own views and perceptions on the maturity for integrated care.
The data we are requesting is the data relevant to:
- assess the maturity of health and social care system and/or organisation
- allow us to conduct research as part of the SCIROCCO project
Who we share your data with
Data are always owned by the users of Knowledge Management Hub. There is a flexibility in sharing the collected data. The user can decide himself if he is willing or not to share the data. If the user is willing to share the data, data may be shared with representatives of your respective organisations, SCIROCCO and wider users of the Knowledge Management Hub.
We will release your data if required by law to do so.
How long we retain your data
Your data will not be retained beyond the duration of SCIROCCO project (Aug 2021).
What rights you have over your data
Under the EUโs GDPR:
- You have the right to be informed on how your data will be used. This privacy policy addresses this.
- You have the right to access your data that we hold. You may contact the organisers to request access.
- You have a right to rectification of incorrect data. You may contact the organisers if you believe your data is incorrect.
- You have the right to request the erasure of your data. You may contact the organisers to request we delete your data.
- You have the right to restrict processing. You may contact the organisers if you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy and the way we process your data.
- You have the right to data portability. You may contact us to request your data for reuse.
- You have the right to object to contact from us, or our processing of your data. You may contact the organisers if you would like to limit these.
- You have rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling, but that is not relevant to our data collection.
